ACTIVE PERFORMANCE: Our all-season quality, waterproof, windproof and breathable dog coat uses Rainbar™ technology fabric to achieve its water repellence. Our fabric has high moisture permeability and breathability to ensure your pooch is comfortable wearing their dog jacket whilst remaining warm and dry. The Rainbar™ technology is not only great for repelling water and rain but is abrasion resistant and contains memory stretch material meaning the material will not lose its shape.

DETATCHABLE QUILTED LINER: The detachable quilted liner gives you flexibility from one season to the next. Perfect for keeping your dog warm during the colder days and comfortable during the warmer rainier days.

FULLY ADJUSTABLE: Our design allows for easy adjustability and placement over your pets back and around their chest (unlike other dog raincoats that may need pulling on and off over your dog’s head or up through their feet!) The fully adjustable buckle under the neck; Velcro belly band for full coverage; hind leg elastic straps, secures our dog jacket onto all dog breeds from the smallest of Dachshund to a large Great Dane.

REFLECTIVE TRIM: The adjustable straps and lining has neatly sewn reflective threading for high visibility when walking at night (e.g., Reflective in car headlights). This dog raincoat will keep your dog visible in all weather conditions and will aid in safe off-lead visibility whilst worn by your dog.

HARNESS OR COLLAR OPENING: Strong quality buckles around your dog’s chest for strength and durability, and an accurately positioned 2-way zip opening for the collar and/or harness. Our all-weather dog apparel not only looks stylish but has quality tested features throughout made by dog lovers for dog lovers.

EASY TO CLEAN: Simply place the all-season coat in your washing machine and wash at 30 degrees.

DAMAGES

Tail Blazers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Please place your order and the website will automatically add postage based on your location. If we are not currently sending to your country, please contact us and we will do our best to help. The delivery times shown above are provided by Royal Mail but timescales will ultimately depend on the destination country’s postal service.

Remember that you’re being charged in GBP – British Pounds, and your bank may charge you a fee when they convert to your own currency. As an International customer, you will no longer be charged VAT on your order or on postage.

Please be aware that you may still have to pay import duties or taxes for customs clearance and a handling fee in Europe before you can claim your parcel. Import charges will depend on your own country and the value of the parcel.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Tail Blazers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

LATE DELIVERY

You’ll be able to track your order with a unique tracking code. Occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control and we cannot be held liable in these circumstances. Parcel deliveries can be erratic during the current pandemic.

MISSING PARCEL

It is extremely rare for orders to go missing. Royal Mail advise us to wait 15 working days before classing a parcel as missing. We will then either replace the missing items, or refund the amount paid, including postage. Please notify us of missing items within a month of the date of purchase.

FREE DELIVERY

Everyone loves free P & P and we do offer it for orders over the minimum order amount for normal 4 to 5 days deliveries.

Express deliveries, however, our chargeable for P & P.
