Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All non personalised orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

All mainland UK orders over £30 are inclusive of 4 – 5 days delivery costs. For faster delivery, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

Tail Blazers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

To enquire about placing your order please email us on info@tailblazers.co.com with the following details:

  • Your full name.
  • Full postal address (billing address).
  • Delivery address (if different from the above address).
  • Product name, colour, size, and quantity required.

We will then get back to you with a quote for the items and relevant shipping to your address (exclusive of VAT). International Tracked & Signed cannot be sent to PO Boxes or Pack Stations, because a signature cannot be captured. This restriction does not apply when items are sent to Africa or the Middle East.
If we are not currently sending to your country, please contact us and we will do our best to help. International delivery lead time is 14 days. However, the delivery times given are provided by Royal Mail and timescales will ultimately depend on the destination country’s postal service.
Remember that you’re being charged in GBP – British Pounds, and your bank may charge you a fee when they convert to your own currency. As an international customer, you will not be charged VAT on your order or on postage.
Please be aware that you may still have to pay import duties or taxes for customs clearance and a handling fee in Europe before you can claim your parcel. Import charges will depend on your own country and the value of the parcel.
If you’d like to know more before ordering, please contact your local customs office to find out what these charges might be. International shipments may also be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Tail Blazers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Late Delivery

You’ll be able to track your order with a unique tracking code. Occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control and we cannot be held liable in these circumstances. Parcel deliveries can be erratic during the current pandemic.

Missing Parcel

It is extremely rare for orders to go missing. Royal Mail advise us to wait 15 working days before classing a parcel as missing. We will then either replace the missing items, or refund the amount paid, including postage. Please notify us of missing items within a month of the date of purchase.

Free Delivery

Everyone loves free P & P and we do offer it for orders over the minimum order amount for normal 4 to 5 days deliveries.

Express deliveries, however, our chargeable for P & P.
