How to choose the best size of Tuff Chewer for my dog?
When selecting the best dog chew toy, you want to select the best size for their jaws. The Tuff Chewer comes in 5 different sizes. You can find the size chart HERE according to their weight.
However, if the dogs are smaller adult breeds, you may need to select a downsized one for their small jaws.
What kind of food can be put into the Tuff Chewer?
All types of dog foods including hard and soft treats, vegetable and fruits.

How to clean the Tuff Chewer?
Tuff Chewers are dishwasher safe, and you can put them on the top rack.
You can also soak them in warm water and dish washing liquid, and then rinse them. If there is dried food inside that won’t come off easily, you can also use a bottle brush to get them clean.
Are Tuff Chewers freezer safe?
Yes, you can keep the Tuff Chewers in the freezer. If it contains wet food, we suggest you put the Tuff Chewers into a zip-top bag.
Can the Tuff Chewer be put into the microwave?
We wouldn’t recommend it because it’s made of natural rubber which will heat up.
Can the Tuff Chewer be exposed under the sunlight ?
Yes, this product is UV resistance. However, we recommend you take it back indoors after your dog has played with it, so it can keep the colour and material to last longer.
What to do if the Tuff Chewer is cracked or broken?

All types of dry dog foods including hard treats, vegetable and fruits. You can also place some wet food, for example, peanut butter around the holes to get their interest at the first time.
How to clean the Roller Ball Feeder after they've been filled?
This ball comes into 2 halves, which can be opened for filling and cleaning.
Roller Ball Feeder are dishwasher safe, and you can put them on the top rack. You can also soak them in warm water and dish washing liquid, and then rinse them. If there is dried food inside that won’t come off easily, you can also use a kitchen brush to get it clean
Can the Roller Ball be put into the fridge with any remaining treats?
Yes, it’s made of polypropylene – a food grade plastic, which is approved for food storage.

Yes, all the products in this range are made of microfibre towelling. They are machine washable.
Wash at a temperature no higher than 30C degrees. We suggest that you wash it separately before using the first time. Also, we recommend you wash with similar colours.
What to do if the size is not correct after receiving it ?
Email us, and we will give you instructions for a replacement.
